ROTATING PHYSICIANS: "Look Before You Leap"

Not sure what kind of a practice setting will best suit you?  We invite you to consider our Rotating Physician position.  Rotating Physicians provide scheduling relief coverage to our physicians at our various hospital sites.  As a Rotating Physician, you will gain the opportunity to work closely with physicians at all of our sites, thus experiencing each location’s unique culture.  Most Rotating Physicians are recruited internally by our sites to join a specific anesthesia department within a few months.  It is certainly not a requirement that our physicians begin with us as Rotating Physicians, however, we’ve found that this unique opportunity to find the right "niche" has been integral to increasing the satisfaction and thus, retention, of our physicians.
