What OAG Can Do For You

We know the value of our physicians' time. As such, we have hired a qualified team of office staff to handle most of the administrative details associated with operating our practice, freeing up our physicians to do what they were trained to do-- provide patient care. OAG is, in many respects, a “turn-key operation”-- our physicians provide the service and submit the charges. The staff does the rest.

OAG maintains a low ratio of about 1 staff person for every 10 physicians. OAG is proud of our very low turnover in administrative staff, with many of our staff nearing or exceeding ten years of service with OAG. Our physician retention rate is impressive, as well. Of our physician population, nearly ¾ of our physicians have been with OAG for 5 years or more (more than 1/3 of them have been with OAG more than 10 years!). Overall, our physician turnover rate is only about 3%. It’s no mystery why physicians who join OAG tend to stay with OAG--the very nature of OAG encourages loyalty and longevity. Flexible work schedules that are managed for the most part within each anesthesia department, an environment that encourages continuing education, the opportunity to be as involved (or un-involved) as you want to be in corporate matters, a skilled and familiar staff to handle the administrative functions associated with your practice, and a wide range of practice locations to choose from, are all key reasons to take a serious look at joining OAG.

OAG is always recruiting quality Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologists. Please contact Wendy Nguyen, Physician Recruiter, to get on your way to being a part of OAG, the Quality Team.
