Biography

Dr. Harmon received his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, minoring in Physics/Bioengineering, from Union College in Schenectady, New York, and his Doctor of Medicine from Oregon Health and Science University here in Portland, where he also completed his internship. Dr. Harmon headed to Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where he completed his anesthesiology residency before moving on to Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he completed his fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesia.
