Biography

Dr. Burke earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Ivins, Utah, graduating with Global Medicine Honors. He completed his residency in Anesthesiology at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. Prior to medical training, Dr. Burke completed a Master of Science in Biomedical Science with a concentration in Neurobiology at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Prior to residency, Dr. Burke served as a Medical Fellow at SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Texas, where he contributed to astronaut medical education, COVID-19 site-wide health initiatives, and the development of occupational health infrastructure. In addition, he has provided primary care in underserved communities across Kenya, Guatemala, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic through mobile clinics and hospital work. Currently, Dr. Burke serves as a board member for Entepesi Kenya, helping direct medical initiatives in under resourced villages.

Dr. Burke joined OAG in 2025 at the Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, Oregon.
