Biography

Dr. Lucaj received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology, with a Minor in Health Promotion and Physics, at Michigan State University in East Lansing. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida. Dr. Lucaj completed his internship at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan, before heading to Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, for his anesthesiology residency. Dr. Lucaj then headed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, where he completed a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine. And finally, on to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he completed a fellowship in Obstetric Anesthesiology.

Jon speaks fluent Albanian, and a little German. He enjoys sports like lacrosse, tennis, hockey, pickleball, skateboarding, long boarding, snow boarding, and also reading espionage novels.
