Biography
Dr. Liu completed her residency at Stanford Health Care, where she provided anesthetic and perioperative care across a range of clinical settings, including Stanford Hospitals, VA Palo Alto, and Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. She also served on the Residency Education Committee, contributing to curriculum development and trainee support. She earned her M.D. from Columbia University's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and holds a B.A. in Biology from Vassar College.
Before beginning her medical career, Dr. Liu taught high school biology through Teach For America in Hammond, Indiana. Her combined experience in education and medicine reflects a deep commitment to communication, lifelong learning, and compassionate patient care.
