Biography
Dr. Moore attended University of Notre Dame in Indiana where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Pre-Professional Studies, and Oregon Health & Science University where he received his Doctor of Medicine, and completed his residency in Anesthesiology and was Chief Resident. In 2023, Dr. Moore joined OAG as Medical Director for Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
