Biography
Dr. Ford received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in biology with a minor in chemistry, from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, and his doctor of medicine from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where he also worked with the Salvation Army Clinic. Dr. Ford completed his internship at The Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, and his anesthesiology residency at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He then went on to complete a fellowship in pediatrics at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
