Biography
Tyler attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics and Mathematics. He went on to Regis University in Denver where he received his Bachelor of Science in nursing. Tyler then then on to Memorial Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, where he received his Master of Science in Biological Sciences – Anesthesia. Tyler joined OAG in 2024 at Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, and has been appointed as OAG's Chief CRNA.
